Can you share a bit about yourself and your work at Prevex?I am Camilla Nyman-Lönnqvist, a Test Engineer. I work in quality assurance, which means that I am in charge of checking the quality of products in production and inspecting parts that arrive from suppliers. If something unexpected happens in production, I am often the one people call. I head out together with the supervisor, and we figure out what went wrong and if the product can still be used based on what the customer needs.What are your favorite things about your job?My colleagues, of course. Plus, my days are full of variety – I never really know what the day will bring, and I like that. I also enjoy how hands-on my work is. Instead of sitting in an office all day, I get to be out on the production floor, see how everything is made, and work closely with my colleagues. That is the best part!What is Prevex like as an employer and a workplace?Prevex really takes care of its staff. When you start, you get a good introduction, and they give you opportunities to grow by taking courses and training. Even though I already had experience in quality assurance before I came here, I have learned a lot since joining the Prevex team.For me, Prevex is a workplace where I can keep learning, stay curious, and be part of a team that supports each other while doing meaningful work.
